Re: thames trip
Paul,
Thanks for organising the trip, I know the new paddlers in my group enjoyed the trip and whilst they might have missed out on the seal that your group enjoyed. I think they still got a lot out of the experience and will no doubt look forward to any future opportunties the club may offer. The more experienced paddlers enjoyed the trip as well and the finish with the warm showers and changing rooms were well recieved by all.
A Massive thankyou to everyone who made this a very enjoyable day for all, good work people!

Put it this way: there was enough water for the Nantygwyryd to be running on Saturday morning, which meant Cobden's was right across the slab. Marvellous.philip lowers wrote: Nice level ????? ......... what was the Llugwy doing ??

It went up.... it went down. It was all about hitting the rivers at the right moment.philip lowers wrote: Blimmey.....i wouldn't have thought the Nant would be running. ......
It was the night's rainfall that did it. That's what you get when you don't faff about and get out to the rivers at 9.00am.
